Reportedly, the official Twitter U.S account of the Fate/Stay Night franchise made an announcement on 5th October that the 3rd movie of the Fate/Stay Night: Heaven’s Feel Film trilogy, which is named as Fate/Stay Night : Heaven’s Feel lll Spring Song will have a theatrical release in United States on 18th November, 2020. Fathom events is responsible for doubling screen characteristics of the Fate/Stay night : Heaven’s Feel and Fate/Stay night : Heaven’s Feel ll lost butterfly films from 14th November, 2020.

The film premiered in Japan on 15th August, 2020 and debuted at #1 during the weekends (August 15-16). The film made sales of 270,000 tickets for total of 474,890,600 yen i.e nearly US $4.48 million in the opening of the weekend itself. The film also earned 4D screenings in 82 Japanese theatres from September 4.
Aniplex initially slated the film’s release on 28th March prior announcing the first delay to 25th April. The film was again postponed by Aniplex in April due to the pandemic. The film is directed by Tomonori Sudō and produced by Hikaru Kondo. This will be the 3rd and the last film in the trilogy. The film revolves around Shirou Emiya and Sakura Matai who are affected by a combat between mage called as the Holy Grail War.
