True Cooking Master Boy ’s official Twitter account has revealed the new cast members of the series Shin Chuka Ichiban on Thursday. Shin Chuka Ichiban is a sequel manga series by Etsushi Ogawa.
Who is the new Cast Member?
On Thursday by an official Twitter announcement, a new cast member is announced which is Daisuke Namikawa. Daisuke will be playing the role of Kaiyu.

So before Daisuke Namikawa, the staff has revealed five cast members. They are:
- Aya Endo as Mira
- Daisuke Ono as Juchi
- Hiroki Yasumoto as Alkan
- Kenjiro Tsuda as Ensei

- Saki Hasegawa has designed the characters
- Jun Ichikawa has composed the music.

True Cooking Master Boy – It is all set to make a release in 2021. And it will premiere in Japan on BS-NTV, MBS, and Tokyo MX.
The first season premiered in Japan in October 2019. Crunchyroll streamed the anime as it aired in Japan. The first series had 12 episodes.
What else to know?
The manga is from the 19th century of China. Their chefs from all over China are competing for the title of Master chef. Mao went there too for that title. And when she saves the restaurant of her mother. Mao went to become a super chef and her journey will be very challenging. She will battle and compete with other chefs.
The Chūka Ichiban! the manga ran in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine for five volumes from 1995 to 1997, and the Shin Chūka Ichiban! sequel manga ran for 12 volumes from 1997 to 1999. The manga inspired a 52-episode television anime in 1997-1998. A Chinese live-action drama adaptation aired in 2005.
Ogawa launched the Chūka Ichiban! Kiwami manga on Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket app in November 2017.
