The forty sixth issue of weekly Shonen jump magazine by Shueisha of this year revealed two more cast members who will be joining the TV anime of Shinya Komi and HiRock’s EX-ARM manga. The announcement was made on Saturday. The two cast members decalred by them are Koji Yusa who will play the character of Shuichi Natsume and Yu Kobahashi who will play the character of Soma.
The anime series will air on crunchyroll official website. The streaming website is releasing the anime as a Cruncyroll original series. If you are into science fiction and like Shonen Jump published works, this manga is a must read for you and the anime is a must watch.
The anime series will start to premiere in the next year that is, 2021 in the month of January. Earlier it was supposed to make its debut in this year in the month of July or during the fall. It was delayed due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic situation which has disrupted schedule for most films and series as well.
The adaptation of the anime was announced in 2018, that is two years ago.
PLOT OF MANGA
The manga’s story line revolves around a battle story which is centered in a high school student called Akira Natsume who is voiced by Soma Saito. The student gets involved in a traffic accident, and only his brain is saved which later becomes an indispensable part of an advanced weapon. He cooperates with the police’s EX-ARM counter measure division so that he can retrieve his lost memories and body too.
The science fiction Japanese manga has been illustrated by Shinya Komi and the anime TV series has been written and created by Tommy Morton. The serialization of the fourteen volume manga began five years ago in 2015 in the month of February.
