‘FRUITS BASKET’ SEASON 3: INSIGHTS

To be honest, this summer has been a lot more fun for anime fans after so long. With amazing new and returning series giving us that much-needed break from 2020.

The original Fruits Basket anime that aired in 2001 did not gain much of an audience back then. But we can say that fortunately enough, now it has much more of a fan following, all thanks to the streaming platforms’ reboot like TMS Entertainment and Funimation.

The 2nd season got wrapped up on September 21st around the world. But the millions of fans are waiting for its return with Season 3.

According to the reports, the current remake will be “covering the entire plotline of the original manga.” As we know, the season 2 finale concluded somewhere around at Volume 16. This means we have another 7 volumes left to cover – which would easily be accumulated for at least one more season.

The series is incredibly popular and has gained an impressive 8.23/10 on MyAnimeList, with 2020 season currently having a great 8.45.
