Happy-Go-Lucky Days Anime Film Opens On October 23 After COVID-19 Delay And More Information.

Happy-Go-Lucky Days Anime Film: It is a Japanese manga series crafted by Takako Shimura. An anime movie is adapted by Liden Films Kyoto Studios, directed by Takuya Satō, which was originally set to release in Japan on May 8th,2020, but it got delayed due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.


Takako Shimura announced on the official website of the anime film, that it will now open on October 23. The website also had an announcement that 22 other tracks along with film’s soundtrack CD with CreepHyp’s theme song will open on October 21.


The manga series adapted to film is an omnibus of tales about everyday life, it is themed around a romance that is sometimes sweet and sometimes hurt. From 2002 to 2004, the manga ran in Ohta Publishing’s Manga Erotics F magazine. A revised edition of the manga is now being sold in two volumes by Ohta Publishing.

Kana Hanazawa is playing the role of Ecchan and Mikako Komatsu is playing Ayasan in the  “Ecchan to Ayasa” part, about the feelings of two ladies who once met at a wedding of an earlier sweetheart. Takahiro Sakurai is voicing Sawa-Sensei and Seiichirō Yamashita voices Yagasaki-Kun in the “Sawa-Sensei to Yagasaki-Kun” fragment, it focuses on an educational teacher in a boys’ school who is called out by a student’s unexpected confession. Ibuki Kido is playing the role of Shin-Chan in the both the “Shin-Chan to Sayoko” and “Mika-Chan and Shin-Chan” parts. Moreover, Ai Fairouz plays Sayoko and Kaori Ishihara plays Mika-Chan. The last two parts center on two beloved childhood friends and the growing distance between them as they get older.
