Impossibility Defence Plot
If anybody wants to kill someone no matter how good or bad that person might be. All one needs to do is leave a message for Usobuki Tadashi from a telephone booth located in a certain park. Soon you will meet with the crimson eyes of Tadashi to confirm the target and your deed will be done without any payment. Although Usobuki is often found at the scene of the crime, he has never been convicted due to a lack of evidence against him. He has a unique way of killing by warping the minds of his victims.
