Perfect World manga is a Japanese manga series. It is illustrated and written by Rie Aruga. It started in 2014. And after 4 years an anime movie adaptation has released. The Kodansha’s Kiss magazine’s official Twitter handle announced on Friday that the Perfect World by Rie Aruga has reached its end. So finally the manga will end serialization in 3 chapters.
On 12th August a piece of news revealed by the 11th compiled book volume of the manga. And thew news said the manga will going to end in the 12th volume of the manga. Apart from this, the writer has revealed in April 2019 that the manga is leading towards its final stage. And will going to end somewhere at the end of 2020. And because some productions have also affected by the pandemic and stuff going on it pushed to 2020 end.
Description of Manga
The mangas are released digitally by Kodansha Comics. And as for English translations they are available in English. And as per that the description is as follows:
The story revolves around Tsugumi Kawana. A 26-year-old lady who reunites with her first crush from high school. He is Itsuki Ayukawa. They get-together between an architecture firm and the interior design company she works at. Itsuki Ayukawa sends aflutter. And after that Tsugumi realizes about his condition that he is in a wheelchair now. In the beginning, she feels she shouldn’t date a paralyzed but after some time her thinking changes and she feels more for him.
Aruga launched the series in Kiss magazine in February 2015. The manga was nominated in April 2019 for Kodansha’s 43rd annual Manga Awards.
A live-action film adaptation opened in Japan in October 2018. The film earned 17,380,800 yen (about US$153,800) to rank #4 at the Japanese box office in its opening weekend. A live-action series adaptation of the manga premiered on Fuji TV and Kansai TV in April 2019.
