The popular mobile game Tales of Crestoria was launched last month. The popularity of the game made it cross over a million pre-registers. ‘Tales of Crestoria’ is developed by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The developer, on Sunday, announced their partnership with Kamikaze Douga for the production of a 15-minute anime short for the Tales of Crestorias smartphone game.

Bandai Namco streamed an English-subtitled trailer for the anime, titled “Tales of Crestoria: The Wake of Sin.” The trailer was announced through Tales of Crestoria’s official Twitter account. Click below to watch the trailer now:
The anime short is scheduled to stream worldwide on October 18, 2020. The prologue from the game’s story “showing Kanata and Misella setting off on their journey,“ is adapted in the anime. Several concept videos for the game were released by the producer Kamikaze Douga in 2018.

“TALES OF CRESTORIA: THE WAKE OF SIN” CREW
As mentioned, Bandai Namco is the developer of the game. And the production is done by Kamikaze Douga. Yasutaka Nakata is in charge of concept music. Wit Studio is handling the animation for the game, and Jun Kumagai is in charge of the story outline. Character designers include Kosuke Fujishima, Mutsumi Inomata, Miyuki Kobayashi, and Daigo Okumura. Yasutaka Nakata and Kamikaze Douga are in charge of the main character visuals.
