Salons have been given permission yo resume work in Gurgaon. But this however comes with a twist! Usage of PPE kits, cashless payments and shoe covers are now a prerequisite. A report by the IE says that salons are making their workers use PPE kits, cashless payments and disposable materials to make sure that there is no transmission and thus no risk to the customers who walk into the salon to avail its services. It is evident that salons are trying their best to ensure safety of their clients in their premises and providing services which are top notch by meeting the hygiene protocols in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic.

The report also suggested to allow only those who have an appointment to enter and also regulate the number of clients inside the premises at the same time. This rule would help the parlours to abide by the government issued guidelines of social distancing. The customers and employees will have to sanitise their hands before entering and take a temperature test.
