The sequel to best-selling steamy Wattpad romance with Hardin and Tessa is here and we cannot keep calm! The movie adaptation called After We Collided is second in the trilogy of the After series, written by Anna Todd. The books became a worldwide sensation after gathering millions of reads on the online book website, Wattpad.
When can we expect the movie to come out?
The trailer for the movie dropped in July 2020 on the series’ official Twitter handle and makes one thing pretty clear- the movie is going to be absolutely filled with drama. At one point, we hear Hardin’s heartbroken voice saying, “The entire world is a collection of memoranda that she did exist. And that I have lost her.” It is important to mention that Tessa left Hardin at the end of After, the first movie in the series, after being betrayed by him. This left the readers and the viewers feeling dejected. The character of Hardin is played by Hero Fiennes-Tiffin, while Josephine Langford plays the role of Tessa. The first installment of the series was a success at a tremendous level. But what is that one thing that is making the fans go insane? DYLAN SPROUSE IS A PART OF THE MAIN CAST. Yes, you read that right. He is playing the role of Trevor, one of Tessa’s colleagues at the Vance Publishing House, in the sequel. Things are about to get out of hand as these three get caught up in a love triangle. But we all know who we root for. #Hessa all the way.
Will the movie get released in your country?
While a worldwide release seems tough, owing to the coronavirus pandemic, the United States of America has gotten a release date. After We, Collided is hitting theatres and Video-On-Demand (VOD) platforms on October 2, 2020. The international premiere dates have not been announced yet, but the production team is insisting they’re working to get the film screened in as many countries as possible. The UK is trying to get a premiere date as well. As fans keep tweeting for a release in their country, we can’t help but be hopeful for it to drop worldwide, even if it is at a later date.
