So here’s more information that you need to know about Atomic Blonde 2, including the release date, cast, plot, and the latest updates.
Atomic Blonde 2: Release Date
After three years, the sequel of Atomic Blonde is in the development stage. The sequel will serve as Netflix’s exclusive film. However, a release date hasn’t been announced yet.

Atomic Blonde director David Leitch will be returning to direct the sequel. Along with him, his wife, Kelly McCormick will return as a producer. It will most probably be written by Kurt Johnstad, who has penned for the first part as well.

Atomic Blonde 2: Expected Plot
Atomic Blonde centered around an undercover MI6 agent named Lorraine Broughton. She is sent to Berlin during the Cold War to have a look into the murder of a fellow agent.
In Atomic Blonde 2, we can see more development of Theron’s character as well as more action scenes from her.
In the first part, we saw the film’s ability to work as a mostly low-tech spy thriller in this tech-savvy age. This approach was welcomed by everyone. So now in the sequel, we can expect to follow a time shift, and Lorraine landing in the 90s maybe.
There’s also a possibility of a potential crossover film between Atomic Blonde and John Wick franchise. If the story works out pretty well, we can expect it to come in the future.
