Chris Hemsworth is back, shirtless again! But this time he will be fighting against deadly sharks in Australia

After the large success of ‘Extraction’ actor in over-the-top media services, it looks like Chris Hemsworth is all set to return to a different medium with a documentary-esque content.

Chris Hemsworth will now be busy for a long time as The Avengers star has grabbed a certain special show which will run next summer for National Geographic. Set to premiere during the programming block’s annual Sharkfest event in 2021, we are going to see the God of Thunder face off against his biggest real-life foe.

WHAT do WE know SO FAR?

National Geographic is happy to document an insight into the gorgeous and fierce wildlife found in the waters of Australia.
The decision to pick Hemsworth out of all the actors isn’t so far-fetched either. He hails from Australia. The actor has even claimed many times in the past that he’s an enthusiastic surfer. This might just be the perfect match in the making.

Chris Hemsworth will begin the journey in his backyard, Byron Bay, Australia. He will join the world’s most promising shark experts, shark advocates, conservationists, marine biologists, and surfers. Here, he will uncover the reasons for increased shark attacks in recent years and the latest breakthroughs in shark science technology designed to shield both sharks and humans.

The Avengers superhero speaking about it said, “I’ve spent a decent deal of my life near the ocean, sharing the identical backyard with sharks, and recently there’s been some growing concern regarding an increase in shark activity. It’s crucial that we both revere and respect sharks. Our oceans rely on these apex predators for a biodiverse ecosystem; however, we must also learn the thanks to guarding ourselves, and that’s my main objective in ‘Shark Beach’.”

The filming of the documentary, “Shark Beach”, is expected to start in November and it is anticipated to air on Nat Geo in the summer of 2021.
