Cyberpunk 2077 delayed for 1 Month more.

CD Project Red announced that Cyberpunk 2017 has been delayed to 19th Novermber. The original slated date for the release was 17th September.

The co-founder of CD Project CD, Marcin Iwiński and the head of the studio Adam Badowski mentioned in a letter how “ready when it’s done” is “not just a phrase we say because it sounds right, it’s something we live by even when we know we’ll take the heat for it.”

They stated in the letter that they were completely aware that taking such decision will cost them the trust of the fans. They added that trading trust for additional time was the hardest decision they had to make as a game developer. However, the decision was correct for the game. They apologized for making the fans wait a bit more. Their main concern is to make Cyberpunk 2077 that will be able to in the hearts of their fans and will stay for year with them.

They further said that the game Cyberpunk 2077 has been completed on the basis of content and gameplay. They have to cover a lot of content like quests, cut scenes, the skills and many more items; “all the adventures Night City has to offer”.  With such a massive amount of content and complex systems to cover they will have to balance the mechanics of the game along with fixing all the bugs.
