BBC Executive says season 13 cannot be made during pandemic. The creators have given a green signal to the Season 13. But there is no official announcement about the release date. As of know, it is confirmed that Doctor Who will return as “Revolution of the Daleks” at the end of 2020.The filming of the series was planned to shoot in 2020  but due to COVID-19 outbreak, it has to be put on a hold.
