The Epic Games Store has stopped giving away the freebies in a cryptic tweet. It was just hours before Conan Exiles and Hue were scheduled to replace the weekly freebies of the previous week. Hue is currently available for download as per the plan. But Conan Exiles has been delayed and will be sold instead of given away for free.
This might not sound like a shock because the Epic Games store seems to be doing good. Especially because of the way the announcement was made. When the games were supposed to release just a few hours before the announcement was made that Conan Exiles will not be a part of the free giveaway but will be available for the sale later. The Sharp users quickly found out that tweets related Conan Exiles’ upcoming free releases were deleted from the official Twitter account of Funcom.
The game made its debut on December back in the year 2018. Unlike the other game giveaways the Epic Games freebies never expire. However, an official announcement is still waited from the Funcom regarding the situation so the fans will have to stay in dark completely.
The Epic Games Store team has decided that Conan Exiles will not be free, but will be available for purchase on the store at a later date.

This matter might feel a bit frustrating because the Epic Games Store face an unexpected delay. This came barely 20 hours after releasing its edition of Trackmania by Ubisoft Nadeo. However, the racing game was made available in less than a day’s time.
Well, it still remains questionable that why would Epic Games Store do something like that. This has made the fans wondering about the thing they did.
Conan Exiles is playable now on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
