The fifth sequel of the Grand Theft Auto is going to arrive for the PlayStation 5 in the second half of the year 2021. In the recent PS5 event which happened to occur online, Rockstar Games announced about the “expanded and enhanced” GTA V will be launched with the latest console in the next year. A Rockstar Newswire report confirmed the same news.
The design of the PlayStation 5 was revealed on Thursday at the online event by Sony. It was also revealed that the adventure of Michael, Franklin and Trevor will be landing to a “new generation of consoles, including the PlayStation5”. This next-Gen version will face an array of advancements in terms of enhancing the playing experience- from the technical improvements, visual upgrades and performance improvements to receiving the support of the latest hardware, in order to make the game more attractive and responsive than ever.
New expanded and enhanced versions of GTAV are coming to the new generation of consoles, including PS5, in the second half of 2021.

Grand Theft Auto V was first launched on PlayStation 3 and then on PS4 so the PS5 is going to be the game’s third platform. The open-world action game is loved worldwide and also we may hear soon about the Xbox Series X version of the game which will make it non-exclusive for the PS5.
In a bog post, Sony said that the GTA online will have some exclusive content for the latest generation of hardware. The post hints the gaming fans that a new standalone version of GTA Online will be rolled out for free which will be exclusive to the PlayStation 5 users during the first three months.
Each PlayStation Plus users on PS4 will receive GTA $1,000,000 which will be deposited within the 72 hours in their in-game Maze Bank account every month they play the GTA Online on the PS5, as said by the post.
