Hilda season 2: It is a British-Canadian animated television series. Inspired by a graphic novel of the same name by Luke Pearson. The series is aimed at kids. First season was added to Netflix in September 2018.

What to expect from Hilda season 2?

The first season covered much of the original source material which includes; Hilda and the Troll, Hilda and the Midnight Giant, Hilda and the Bird Parade also Hilda and the Black hound.

This means that we’ll be observing the latest books in the next season including Hilda and the Stone forest and the Mountain king plus the other unreleased material.

In the new season’s trailer we see Hilda and her pals set to bring some madness which involves a flying ship, beasts, witches and exciting things.

When will it release?

The poster for Hilda season 2 was posted on twitter by the official Hilda account.

The series will start to stream on Netflix from 14th  December 2020

This season will consist of 14 episodes and also features a song which is written and performed by Bella Ramsey called “The life of Hilda”. This will be featured at the end on season 2, which explains that Hilda is trying to learn from the mistakes.

Cast

The twitter account for the series reveals new characters often. So far, two new characters have been revealed i,e Wood Man and Swamp man.

Swamp man’s real name is Sigurd, he is an excellent warrior as it is portrayed through the caption “if you ever fall in battle, you’ll want to have him around”

The showrunners are making this exciting by revealing new characters one by one.
