‘They Cloned Tyrone’: John Boyega is expected to star in Macro and They Cloned Tyrone, alongside Jamie Foxx and Teyonah Parris. The Cloned Tyrone is Netflix’s anticipated sci-fi mystery. Jamie Foxx is an Oscar-winning actor and the latter is an upcoming Candyman actor. This is in accordance with the Deadline. Furthermore, such information is not yet available as to how the story will unfold. 


Writers and Directors of They Cloned Tyrone:

Juel Taylor is the writer of Creed II and is co-written by Juel Taylor and Tony Rettenmaier. Further, This will be Taylor’s directorial debut. Also according to THR, the story is a mix between Get Out and Friday.


Charles King’s Macro will produce the film as well as Jamie Foxx and Datari Turner. It’s the same production team that made Sorry To Bother You.

It is still in pre-production. And hence no official announcements have been made about who is playing who. Further, a credit on IMDB does show that Parris will play the role of Yo-Yo. In addition, No filming dates have been set to date.

The three cast-members are working on a variety of action-packed projects. and Foxx headlined Netflix’s sci-fi thriller Project Power recently. The project is set to star in Blumhouse’s upcoming Spawn remake and Pixar’s Soul. Pixar’s Soul is scheduled to release on 20 November. Parris is cast as Monica Rambeau in Marvel Studios’ WandaVision for Disney+. Though it is still under production however it may release in October.

Further, John Boyega just finished starring in Naked Singularity, and in Small Axe. A naked singularity is an upcoming crime drama and the latter is a drama mini-series about a London West-Indian community in the late ’60s through the early ’80s.
