Jurassic World VelociCoaster- Universal Orlando has finally released an official statement for the release of its most mysterious and talked-about ride― The VelociCoaster


As people of Florida could see the towering works of construction in Universal’s theme park; the internet sparked with speculations and sleuths about the ride.


The Studio finally unveiled the secrets about the rides and even released a conceptual art video showcasing the projected ride.

What will the ride entail?

The Jurassic World VelociCoaster will be Florida’s fastest and tallest roller coaster. The ride is designed and engineered by the award-winning Universal Creative Team with the acclaimed filmmakers from Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment.

Also, It will be the first ride to be based on the Jurassic World franchise and will feature an appearance from the film’s actual characters such as Owen Grady(Chris Pratt) and Claire Dearing (Bryce Dallas Howard).

“(VelociCoaster) will be the world’s first coaster based on the blockbuster franchise, and will feature an original story that expands upon the thrills, dinosaurs, and environments; fans have seen on the big screen.” Said Universal.

The ride would be the most conspicuous and thrilling of all. It will be located right in the middle of the park.

Here are a few takeaways from the Universal Orlando’s press release

The ride will span over 4700 feet of track, reaching heights up to 155 feet.

The riders will experience a zero-gravity inverted stall that will send riders up and down across 100 feet of track in a jaw-dropping maneuver.

It will include a one of a kind, 360-degree barrel roll right above the Islands of adventure lagoon.

The new rollercoaster will also feature a ‘top hat’ that will propel riders 155 feet into the air before they plunge into an 80-degree drop.

The VelociCoaster will make its debut in the summer of 2021. Let’s just hope the current situation remedies and we will be able to enjoy this adrenaline-pumping ride.
