As per the reports, actress of Jessica Jones and Breaking Bad, Krysten Ritter is all set to star in the role of villain in the upcoming Netflix film, Night Books.

Night Books is directed by David Yarovesky and it is adapted from the JA White’s horror fantasy kids novel. The tales follows Alex(Winslow Fegley) the movie’s young lead character, who has obsession of paranormal stories.
As Alex gets captured by a witch in the city of NewYork, portrayed by Krysten Ritter. Alex is introduced to prisoner Yasmin and he is forced to tell a new spooky tale each night in order to live. Fegley and Lidya Jewett are playing the role of two children in the film. Directors of Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness, Sam Raimi and Robert Tapert are serving as producers for the film, along with the script adapters, Mikki Daughtry and Tabias Laconis. Netflix follows a trend of adaptation of horror novels into movies, which includes Night Books and the recent film titled as A Babysitter’s Guide To Monster Hunting.
On October 14, star Aaron Paul revealed about an alternate conclusion to the 2019 sequel film. Aaron Paul, who portrayed the Jesse Pinkman in Vince Gilligan’s show is in the central role in Netflix movie, he opened up about the last scene of the film, in which his character reflects on a conversation with his late girlfriend Jane (Krysten Ritter).
Aaron Paul stated that, he thought it was very nice way to conclude the film, the character looks at the seat near him and it’s all empty and then suddenly Jane appears and they’re just so in love with each other and they’re facing much lesser complications at that point in their lives.
