: Dating websites are quite popular these days. We wonder if everybody finds out their love over the websites. This rom-com ‘Love, Guaranteed’ is all about a dating website.
The plot of ‘Love, Guaranteed’
The story of the film revolves around Susan, who’s professionally a lawyer. She has a small law firm and she’s trying to save it. In order to save her firm, she’s keen to work on a high-paying case from Nick. He is adamant to sue a dating site that guarantees love and appoints Susan as her lawyer. Later, Nick and Susan fall in love with each other.

“Earnest, hard-working lawyer Susan (Rachael Leigh Cook) has taken one too many pro bono cases. To save her small law firm, Susan begrudgingly takes a high-paying, high-profile case from Nick (Damon Wayans Jr), a charming new client who wants to sue a dating website that guarantees users will find love. But Susan and Nick soon find themselves in the middle of a media storm, and as the case heats up, so do their feelings for each other – which could jeopardize everything.”
Release date of ‘Love, Guaranteed’
Well, the release date is not too far. Netflix announced earlier that it’ll premiere on. 3rd September.

In the trailer, we saw glimpses of Nick’s efforts to find a suitable relationship. Nick has been going out on dates with women just to find her other half. However, Nick has been to 986 dates through the Love guaranteed dating website but nothing worked for him. He’s furious and decided that the website is fraud and he wants to sue it for serving lies. Nick hires Susan to fight her case. Even Susan is shocked about the number of women Nick has gone for a date.
In no time, the case becomes so controversial that it gets highlighted in media which works out pretty well for Susan as she gets paid for more because of the sensationalism.
While walking along with Susan late night, Susan asks, “If you were to name tonight like all of your dates, what would my title be?’” Nick replies, “The one I didn’t see coming.”
The cast of ‘Love, Guaranteed’
The cast for the upcoming movie includes Rachael Leigh Cook, who has played the role of Laney Boggs in 1999 romcom.
She has also worked in The Baby-Sitters Club and Josie and the Pussycats.
Damon Wayans Jr, who was also seen in sitcoms Happy Endings and New Girls, and films Big Hero 6, How to Be Single and The Other Guys too will be joining Rachael.
Austin Powers’ and The Hangover’s Heather Graham are also going to be there in the cast of the movie. However, their characters have not been disclosed until now.
