Money Heist season 5- Is it delayed due to the pandemic? When will production begin? When can we see it?

Money Heist Season 5 or La Casa de Papel fans would now be able to look forward to another season – maker Alex Pina said on Instagram that he is as of now working at it.

We knew it was coming, and now we have confirmation for it. In an Instagram post on 11th July, Alex said “composing La Casa de Papel 5” in Spanish, sharing a picture of himself with his laptop, wearing a shirt that with the name of one of the character’s from the show, Tokyo (Ursula Corbero).

It’s been a very long time since season 4 of the crime-drama came out on Netflix. Fan hatred has moved towards various villains this last season, and Nairobi’s passing crushed everybody’s souls. But, it ain’t finished.

Netflix released the show in 2017, however it was only until mid-2020 that the show’s rating blasted and the show beat out everyone else a topped the charts.

Reports have said that due to the Coronavirus pandemic there has been a delay in the arrival of Money Heist Season 5. We will have to wait for a lilt longer but sooner the wait is going to end and our fans will be able to watch the new season.

What may occur in Money Heist season 5? 

Since the content is in progress, we can only expect what might occur in the following season. Will the plot face a significant curve bringing about Professor’s death? Maybe it flips the other way around and gets Alicia on Professor’s side. Whatever happens, we will have to see it in the new season, till then all we can do is think about was can happen.

Nairobi’s death became a tragic hole in the group, yet Money Heist has consistently played with flashbacks and non-linear time. Much the same as we got to see Berlin, Moscow, and Oslo using memories, we may get the chance to see Nairobi return in Money Heist season 5 by revisiting to a time before her death.

In a clip from Money Heist: The Phenomenon, Flores hinted that her filming days are done for this project: “It’s over, and I have nothing on the horizon. It’s a liberating feeling. Because…well, I need a rest.”

The other cast members who are likely to come back in Money Heist season 5 incorporate Álvaro Morte as El Profesor, Úrsula Corberó as Tokio, Miguel Herrán as Río, Itziar Ituño as Lisbon, Jaime Lorente as Denver, Esther Acebo as Stockholmo, Darko Peric as Helsinki and Enrique Arce as Arturo Román.
