Narcos Mexico Season 3: Plot

The show is produced by Eric Newman who is really excited about the release of a third season. He mentioned that he would be on board and would do it until they allow him to do so. In the second season of the series, we saw that the city had a new boss who goes by the name Amado. His full name was Amado Carillo Fuentes.

So far, the series has come out with two seasons, each with ten episodes. The series is based on the largest narcotics trafficking cartel in Mexico that is run by Miguel Angel Felix Gallardo. The character has been portrayed by Diego Luna. By the second season, we see his downfall. We see the fall in his business and him losing everything, including his relationships with his friends and most importantly, his freedom.

The third season will be bringing something unexpected to the table. It will be interesting to see what the makers have in store for Gallardo. They have been always praised for the way that they have developed this character and plot. There are no updates as to when the third season in this series will be releasing. Seeing the current situation, we can’t expect the third season until the next year. It was revealed that the filming for the third season had commenced, but due to the pandemic, it has been set to an indefinite pause. It is most probable that the series will be releasing on Netflix, following suit from the last two seasons.
