Old Review: Hit or a miss?

Well, let us start with the plot of the movie. It is about a couple who have a strain in their marriage. But, they decide to take their kids to a new beach destination. This is to take them away from their own problems in their marriage and also show their kids a good time.

They start to look for activities but then they are told by the hotel manager that there is a secluded beach nearby. So, they go over there but then everyone starts to experience something. All of them start to rapidly age and this is something that they start to notice in the children.

The movie has been inspired from a graphic novel titled “Sandcastle”. But, when they realise this, the movie and its dialogue tends to get sloppy. Even the end of the movie does not have the same effect as his earlier movies did.
