Outer Banks is a mystery teen drama web television series created and executive produced by Josh Pate, Jonas Pate, and Shannon Burke. This is a kind of show that makes us remember the morals on which friendship is built on. The only bad thing about this show is that you’ll be done watching it in a day and be obsessed and asking for a follow-up season. So good news is that Netflix has renewed the show and it is coming soon.

Outer Banks Season-2: Release Date
Season-1 premiered on April 15, 2020, and quickly rocked the charts around the world. Netflix told the writers to start working on the story of Season 2 even before the premiere of the first season and they started working a few months ago. On July 24, 2020, Netflix renewed the show. However, we don’t have any official release date of the new but it can get delayed due to the ongoing pandemic. Outer Banks films in South Carolina, which is a highly restricted zone due to Covid-19. At this moment, we can expect the second season to arrive in late 2020 or early 2021.

Outer Banks Season-2: Expected Plot
In the first season, the close-knit group of friends discovers a sunken boat that leads them on a hunt for $400 million in gold treasure and the missing father of their ringleader.
The previous season ended on a massive cliffhanger, with John B. and Sarah Cameron escaping toward the Bahamas to try to get the treasure back. Meanwhile, Kiara, Pope, and JJ think John B. and Sarah are possibly dead.
In an interview, Chase said that he is hoping for a reunion in the new season.
