Ozark season 4– Netflix’s praised crime thriller drama is returning with its fourth-and final- season. Ever since the show premiered on netflix, it has received much appreciation and critique as well.
The show has garnered 14 Emmy nominations since its premiere.
The fictional series follows a financial squabble of a family from Chicago to Ozark mountains. It centres around Marty Byrde, a financial advisor who gets into big distress when a money-laundering scheme goes wrong. He ends up owing huge debt to a Mexican drug dealer and ultimately puts his family in danger. It is all about how Marty and his wife Wendy try to protect their family from the cartel, and between the hussle many mysteries and twists unfold.
In season-3 we saw Marty, who was taken by the drug lord Omar Navarro, while things weren’t rosy anymore for Wendy who was forced to put a hit on her own brother in a bid to save her family.
Wendy works closely with Navarro and Marty tries to convince the FBI to take down Navarro’s rivals- it looks they are about to face a whole new lot of terrors in their relationship with the cartel boss which is now a close one.
It will be interesting to watch how Marty will deal with the cartel and deliver them. This season will surely clear all the doubts.
