Being an animated show, Young Justice doesn’t face the same challenges as other DC TV shows. Weisman said that there has been a successful transition to working at home amidst the coronavirus crisis, be it about pre-production, the storyboards, scriptwriting or design work. However, what his plans are for the actual animation process has not been shared. But as the whole team are working actively, fans should be relieved to see season 4 soon.

The initial broadcasting network for Young Justice was Cartoon Network. The series debuted in 2010, followed by a second season Young Justice: Invasion in 2012. Upon cancellation by Cartoon Network, it was revived by DC Universe streaming service. The third season arrived in 2019.

Now, a fourth season has been confirmed to be in development since July of 2019 for DC Universe. A few days later after the title revelation of the fourth season, on September 18, it was announced that the show will be moving to HBO Max. This is due to the migration of remaining original programmes of DC Universe to the new platform.

Young Justice: Phantoms currently doesn’t have a premiere date but it will definitely stream on HBO Max soon.
