STORYLINE of Queen Sugar Season 5

The story of the show revolves around a family of three siblings. The three of them return to Louisiana to assert the inheritance left behind by their deceased father. He left his children with 800 acres of sugar cane farm in his will.  The three siblings include 2 sons – Nova Bordelon who is a journalist and Ralph Angel who is an unemployed single father. These two have a sister named Charlie who has a complicated relationship with her teenage son. Family and culture co-exist, so the troubles in a family can also affect the cultural values of a person. So with all the drama of a family, Queen Sugar has a decent viewership on the streaming service.
