Raised By Wolves Season 2

Raised By Wolves has been renewed for a second season by HBO Max in September 2020. This sci-fi drama has been made referred to as the streamer’s top-performing original.


The first season debuted on HBO Max on September 3, 2020, and just weeks after it’s launch, Warner Media service has handed the drama a second run. The company said that Raised by Wolves show had grown its audience by nearly 50% in its second week.


Sarah Aubrey, head of HBO Max, in a statement praised the chart-topping series for beautifully weaving together Ripley’s hallmarks of sci-fi and horror. She stated the show to have the most original storylines and that she can’t wait to know what’s in store for season 2.

She further said – ” When I think of Raised By Wolves, I think of artistry; artistry in crafting a compelling storyline, artistry in the out-of-this-world production design, special effects, and cinematography, artistry in our actor’s portrayals of these memorable characters, and artistry attached to the legendary work of Ridley Scott, Aaron Guzikiwski and our phenomenal crew.”

What is Raised By Wolves all about?

Raised By Wolves showcases the story about two androids – father and mother. Both of them were assigned to raise human children on a mysterious virgin planet. The colony of humans are threatened to be torn apart by religious differences. With this, the androids come to know that it is indeed a treacherous and difficult task to control beliefs of human.

This is the latest Max Original to be renewed, after Anna Kendrick’s rom-com Love Life, Selena Gomez’s cooking show Selena + Chef, Legendary, and Doom Patrol.

The series is created by Aaron Guzikowski and features stars such as Amanda Collin, Abubakar Salim, Winta McGrath, Jordan Loughran, Niamh Algar, Travis Fimmel, Ethan Hazzard, and Felix Jamieson.
