The show’s creators haven’t revealed anything about the plot of the second season. The creators have declared that they plan to turn the Russian Doll into a three-season series. The Russian puppet scriptwriter said: “We originally presented it like three seasons. We came up with the idea: “Here’s the idea for season 1, here’s the idea for season 2, here’s the idea for season 3.” So I could see how we come back to one of these ideas. “

Also, the creators have said that the second season will come with a completely new idea. Additionally, team members said, “We specifically wanted the first season to feel complete. It was always part of the main conversation and our vision that you said, “Oh, it’s over after four hours.” That particular story is over. And then even in our early days, before we texted the pilot or got the green light, we said, “Here are some places I could go.”
