Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith is a 2005 movie composed and coordinated by George Lucas. It is the third and last film in the Star Wars prequel set of three.
Three years after the First Battle of Geonosis and beginning of the Clone Wars, the honorable Jedi Knights have been driving a huge clone armed force into a universe wide fight against the Confederacy of Independent Systems. The Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic uncovers his real essence as a Sith Lord as he reveals a plot to govern the cosmic system by changing the Republic into a Galactic Empire. Jedi legend Anakin Skywalker is enticed by the clouded side of the Force to become Darth Sidious’ new student Darth Vader. The Jedi are everything except killed with Obi-Wan Kenobi and Jedi Master Yoda constrained into covering up. The solitary trust in the system is Anakin’s own posterity—the twin youngsters brought into the world in mystery who will grow up to become Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa.
Revenge of the Sith was delivered in theaters on Thursday, May 19, 2005 (the very day that the main scene of the prequel set of three The Phantom Menace was delivered in 1999), and premiered at the 2005 Cannes Festival May 15. The film was for the most part emphatically got by critics, particularly in contrast with the two past prequels.
