The crown season 4- The Crown is an award-winning historical drama about the reign of Queen Elizabeth II.
Even though there was a two-year gap between airing of season 2 and season 3, luckily fans won’t have to wait for too long for season. Because almost all the major scenes had been shot before the corona induced lockdown. So season 4 can premier on Netflix as early as November or December this year.
Season 3 ended with Her Majesty’s Silver Jubilee in 1977 and thus season 4 will unfold against the backdrop of the eventful time of the 80s and early 90s.
The Crown Season 4 – It is expected that Margaret Thatcher, who served as the Prime Minister from 1979 to 1990 will figure prominently. And the show will feature Queen and Thatcher’s disagreements over Apartheid in South Africa, 1984-5 miners’ strike and the 1982 Falklands war. In the previous seasons we have seen most of the US presidents meeting the Queen. So US president Ronald Reagan would likely be a part of the fourth season. The marriage and the relationship of Prince Charles and Princess Diana will perhaps be given a prominent place.
The series is also expected to show the birth of Prince Willian and Prince Harry and also Charles and Diana’s tour of Australia. Surgery of Princess Margaret and the security breach and the break-in at Buckingham Palace will also be explored.
