The Crown Season 4 – When will it release?

The fourth season of the extremely popular shows The Crown is all set to be released on November 15, 2020, on Netflix.

By October 2017, it had been announced that the early production of season four had begun. The filming had started in August 2019 and wrapped up in March 2020. It’s good news that the filming has been completed before the coronavirus pandemic could disrupt its schedule. So the release date of November is fixed and there won’t be any delays in it.

The recasting of actors is done every two seasons, with older actors as the timeline moves forward and the characters age as well.

The Crown Season 4 – What will be the storyline?

The complete series titled ‘The Crown’ shows the life of Queen Elizabeth II, starting from her wedding in 1947 through to the present day.

Season four of The Crown will introduce Lady Diana Spencer, Prince William, and Prince Harry. The story will be set during Margaret Thatcher’s premiership. Various events would also be depicted in season four. This will include Michael Fagan’s break-in to Buckingham Palace and the Princess of Wales’s appearance at the Barnardo’s Champion Children Awards. Her 1989 flight to Concorde will also be shown.
