The Duchess : Trailer, Cast, Release And Everything Else About This Netflix Comedy.

The Duchess is an upcoming comedy sitcom web series starring Katherine Ryan, who is playing the role of a “fashionable troublesome single mom living in London”. It is written and produced by Katherine Ryan, a Canadian stand-up comedian, and a well-known television personality.

The Duchess, starring Katherine Ryan as a fashionable troublesome but a loving single mother to her daughter Olive, Olive is her best friend and she loves her a lot.
Amidst, she debates with her alienated boyfriend whether to have a second child, while he wants to take their relationship to next level. Katherine is confused about her alienated baby daddy Shep (Olive’s father)

In a recent interview Katherine Ryan said,
“The Duchess is super authentic I think to my personality, to my stage persona, because it’s a disruptive mum who’s a bad person but a good mum. She’s fashionable, she loves being a mother she’s not sad about it — it’s me, yes. The rest is fiction, but it is a heightened version of me, and I’m really lucky because they’re just letting me go and write the real thing that I would have wanted to, and I don’t think I would have been as lucky with a traditional network, I don’t think they would give me the same liberty that Netflix does. It’s gonna be fun.
