The Winds Of Winter: Release Date, Cast, Plot and more

George RR Martin’s ‘The Winds of Winter’ is the sixth novel in the high fantasy and heroic fantasy series of ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’. It’s already been around ten years when ‘A Dance with Dragons’ was published, fans are eagerly waiting for the upcoming novel “The Winds of Winter”. Recently Martin wrote, “I am still up in the mountains, doing the social distancing rag and writing The Winds of Winter” also we can predict that soon we will be able to read the sixth installment of ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’. Martin continues that, “I have good days and bad days, but I am making progress.”

Release Date of ‘The Winds Of Winter’:
Back in past, the air was filled with a rumour that Martin will be releasing the book in July 2020. Though, last year Martin said that he would be able to complete The Winds of Winter in time for this year’s CoNZealand which was planned to begin on 29, July 2020 and end on 2, August 2020.
The wait for ‘The Winds Of Winter’ is going to over soon and most probably by this year the novel will be published virtually.

Plot :
In the previous installment, A Dance with Dragons, Martin covered a less of the story and omitting planned battle for The Winds of Winter leaving the unsolved thread and puzzling the readers more. George RR Martin will solve these threads in the very beginning he says, “I’m going to open with the two big battles that I was building up to, the battle in the ice and the battle at Meereen—the battle of Slaver’s Bay. And then take it from there.” Even, after The Winds Of Winter got published the last ‘A Dream of Spring’ will be published, therefore, completing the series of ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’.
As it was taking long to complete the novel Martin released an Arianne chapter in 2013 where he reveals bit of the story that “she heads towards Griffin’s Roost to meet a young boy who was calling himself Aegon. Not only this later, in 2014 he published a chapter Mercy where Arya Stark continues her training under a faceless man.
