Dynasty Season 4 – When Season 3 of The CW’s Dynasty dropped on Netflix in May this, it felt like a breath of relief to FINALLY binge-watch our favorite family drama during the lockdown. And boy, was it a rollercoaster ride. From Moldavian abduction to a drunken Bachelorette party, the reboot series of rich-family drama clearly kept us at the edge of our seats. Let’s have a look at all the questions we have about Season 4.
What will happen to the Season 3 finale?
Unlike the first two seasons, the third one had 20 episodes instead of the usual 22. Showrunner Josh Reims said that it was a little frustrating. “At the beginning of the year, I had this one image of how I wanted to end the season. Remarkably, we managed to keep building towards that. So when we had to stop at 20, I was like, “I can’t believe we’re not going to get to do this one scene. And I’m not going to say what that scene is, because hopefully, we’ll be getting it at the beginning of next season. But we’d been building towards Fallon and Liam’s wedding from the beginning of the year, and it felt like that would have been a good end to the season, so that was a little frustrating.” Yes, Josh. We wanted that wedding, too.
Will the truth about Adam come out?
With Anders hopping on a jet and sniffing around Adam’s past to find out about his history with violence, will everybody finally see the truth about how he pushed his own mother into the fireplace, changing her face forever? In addition to that, will Blake realize that his son has teamed up against him to burn his empire down and settle the debts once and for all?
What will be the role of the Colbys in Dynasty Season 4?
With his worsening condition of neurotoxicity, will Jeff conquer the symptoms and continue to live? Or will he end up leaving us?
In the final episode, we saw Alexis declaring her unrequited love for Jeff after seeing him with Mia- even if their marriage was completely platonic. Is Alexis telling the truth, or is she so driven by hatred that she will go to any lengths for revenge? Even if the latter turns out to be true, we can’t say that it will be surprising.
Who will have new love interests?
Repeat after me, #SamDeservesLove. Will Sammy Jo get his drunken-marriage with Scorpio, aka Ryan, annulled? We hope not. He has had his fair share of heartbreaks.
What about Blake? Will Cristal and Blake get a divorce? One thing is for sure, the character of Cristal Carrington is NOT being recast this season- which is new.
Will Steven Carrington make a re-entry?
It seems like Steven’s character has been long forgotten by his on-screen family as he stays in a rehabilitation center. The actor playing the part had to leave the project mid-series, but the character has not actually been killed-off. We are really hoping for our favorite character to reappear.
The show was officially renewed for a fourth season in January 2020. Like all other seasons, the fans can expect Dynasty Season 4 to drop in October 2020. But, due to the ongoing pandemic, its production is likely to be delayed.
