Wu Assassins Season 2: The Netflix show that felt sort of a hidden treasure for those that discovered it. Although, there was not much done to market Wu Assassins like other popular Netflix series, those who discovered it surely fell crazy for it.
Wu Assassins came up with an unusually irresistible concept of Kung Fu and Asian street food with Iko Uwais starring as Indo-Chinese chef who seems to be the last of the Wu Assassins. Season 1 had ten episodes with six directors conducting different episodes. Now, almost a year since the first season, fans only have one question – Is Season 2 of Wu Assassins happening?



Season 1 of Wu Assassins premiered on Netflix in August 2019. No official confirmation for Season 2 has been made yet.



There is no official announcement on the release date of the upcoming season of Wu Assassins. Like many other production houses that have postponed the filming of their shows due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we might not see the 2nd Season release on Netflix in 2020. According to rumors, filming for the next season won’t start before Christmas.

Season 2 Plot

Season 2 will very much follow on the events of the finale episode of Season 1. In Season 1 finale of Wu Assassins, we see Alec’s timely comeback happened to be fruitful regardless of how he wasn’t able to reunite together with his family and change form. Then the priest warns Jin that if Alec is controlled he must return in time. In the end, we see Jin kills Alec in revenge.
