Euphoria season 2 was expected to premiere in 2020. The first season was out on June 16 2019 so fans were expecting the second season in the summer. Further, June has come and gone but there are no new episodes of the series yet.
Due to the COVID pandemic, the production of the series has been put to a halt, and there is no further announcement regarding the release of the upcoming season.

The talented actor Zendaya played the role of Rue in the show. Since the last season ended on a cliffhanger, we expect further clarity with the coming of the next season.
Storm Reid played the role of Rue’s younger sister named Gia. She teased as to what is coming next while speaking to Entertainment weekly.
We got a hint of Zendaya ‘s return when she celebrated the show’s renewal on social media but her return was confirmed from the photos from the table read. Later she told InStyle that going back to the character of Rue is a home base for her.
