Chadwick Boseman who has played a lead role in black panther has passed away. It’s shattering that his journey came to an end too soon. The 43 years old actor died on 28 August 2020. He was suffering from colon cancer, he was diagnosed 4 years ago.
He has played multiple roles and each one is our favorite. The way he did it, nobody else can.
Boseman is prominent for his role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He has been in the industry for quite a long time. He has also shown his skills in films like James Brown and Jackie Robinson.
Boseman always wanted to live, he never wanted people to look down at him and give him sympathy. He wanted to keep his suffering a secret. Even after battling cancer for 4 years, he was busy with work. He never gave up and managed his marvel career in his tough time.
Looks like he wasn’t only playing a superhero in Marvel but also in real life and hats off!
Chadwick Boseman ‘s family released a statement after his date, “A true fighter, Chadwick persevered through it all, and brought you many of the films you have come to love so much. From Marshall to Da 5 Bloods, August Wilson’s Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, and several more – all were filmed during and between countless surgeries and chemotherapy. It was the honor of his career to bring King T’Challa to life in Black Panther.”
The last time we saw him on screen was in Spike Lee’s Da 5 Bloods movie on Netflix. He played the role of a U.S. soldier who fought and died in Vietnam named Stormin’ Norman. It’s no hidden fact that he was extremely dedicated to his work. He has also worked as Levee in George C. Wolfe’s upcoming film Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, though it has not been released till now.
Boseman was going to make a comeback as Black Panther in Marvel’s What If series on Disney+ as well as Ryan Coogler’s Black Panther 2. As the movie is not scheduled to return before 2022, the makers might edit everything. We hope that nothing much has been done for the film right now so it’ll be easy to decide what the team will do after the actor’s demise.
Boseman wasn’t only involved with films and series. He has given a lot to the world. He has always been into community work. In fact, he has also stood against racial discrimination by America.
