Unlock 3.0 in Mumbai : With the incoming of Unlock 3.0, the state has started/ allowed to reopen the shopping complexes, malls, markets in the non – containment zones from 5th August 2020 (Wednesday) onwards.

Hotspots of Coronavirus in Mumbai

In places like Thane, Mira – Bhayandar, Kalyan – Dombivli there are high number of COVID -19 cases, in regard to this their Municipal Bodies have taken a decision to still keep the shutters down.

In Mumbai, a 98 year old person has recovered from COVID -19 virus. This is the oldest age that any person has recovered from this virus yet.

What does the PM Modi says?

PM Narendra Modi told that the number of active cases of Corona virus has decreased and the recovery rate is also improving.

As per the experts, a person who comes in contact with any infected person. The person should be diagnose and test within seventy two hours to control the spread of the virus, the PM added.

Unlock 3.0 in Mumbai

Press Trust of India quoting Union Health Ministry reported that 15,83,489 people have recovered from the virus and the active COVID -19 cases in India stands at 6,39,929.
The Health Ministry added that death toll has raised to 45,257.

On Sunday, Maharashtra reported the highest number of COVID -19 deaths and more than 12,000 cases daily. On the next day that is on Monday the state observed a decrease in the overall cases and deaths.

According to the report by BMC there is a difference of nearly 400 cases in the total figures. Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation also give their report to the Indian Council of Medical Research on Sunday about the number of the deaths in the city which was 6412.
