Well, after almost 12 years, the game is back with its remake and expansion for the new “hand-repainted” graphics and a better animation along with the additional features.

The announcement for Braid: Anniversary Edition was made at the State of Play Showcase by Sony yesterday. The above trailer seems to be showing us applying the re-paint of the artist David Hellman. The new animations that have been added to the game make the feel of the game more responsive and fluid. Also, the game will be a bit more richer and detailed this time. You can also change the new version of the game to the original on the fly. Well, they are allowed to switch anytime they wish.

Braid was a puzzle video game. The developer of the game was Number One. It was an Indie title. The game was released back in 6 August, 2008. It was playable on the PS3, Xbox 360, PC and Android devices. It also received the Gamespot Award for the Best Performer.
Well, the original game is currently available on the Steam for PC. The game was loved by many. And, that now it is coming back, it has created a lot of hype among the fans. As, the Anniversary Edition is going to be a lot more different and better.
Braid: Anniversary Edition is expected to release in the early 2021 for the PS4 Xbox One, Switch and PC. The game will also be launched for the next-gen consoles- PS5 and Xbox Series X.
