Call Of Duty League transitions to PC, but players will have to use controllers!

Call of Duty League announced that Season 2 will be allowing the PC users to make use of the controllers. However, this season will not be confined to the consoles.


The official announcement was done in a blog post which was released on Monday morning. However, the players will get to choose the controller they use. This change will be expanding the choice of the controller. They can select the League approved controller which will be best for their game. However, complete rules and details will be released in the future.


Season 2 is going to be the first season of Call of Duty which will not arrive for a console entirely. Well, along with consoles, it will also come for PCs now. This is a strong initiative by the franchise.

However, some people have raised their concerns regarding PC hacking and disruptions that might be created due to this new change.

The league further announced that Call of Duty Challengers will also feature cross-play. This means that the competitors are allowed to choose to compete on the PC or console, However, the PC users should make use of a League-approved controller to take part in this. Using a mouse and a keyboard is prohibited during the competition.

The official schedule of the Season 2 of Call of Duty League is yet to arrive. In the coming weeks, further details regarding the Challengers, rules, regulations and their monitor system will be revealed.
