A new patch for The Last of Us Remastered is here. This update reduces the loading time by 70%.
The speedrunner of The Last of Us, Antony Calabrese said that noticed the reduction in loading time after the 1.1 patches. Well, the loading time is almost nil for PS4.
It is an action-adventure survival horror game. It is a third-person game. You will be facing post-apocalyptical environments.
ElAnalistaDeBits, a YouTuber also noticed a decrease in loading time. He also posted a video which gives us a glimpse at the initial loading screen time which has been reduced from around 1 minute 30 seconds to just less than 14 seconds.

Twenty years of being affected by the plague, the human hosts were transforming into aggressive creatures known as the Infected. The survivors were confined to lead a harsh life in quarantine zones.
