Microsoft launches xCloud having more than 150 games!

Microsoft xCloud

On Monday, Microsoft announced that xCloud will be launching more than 150 games that will be playable on Tuesday. Since the beginning of the Google Stadia platform, a competition started between these companies. Google Stadia began will only 22 titles in November of the previous year and currently has a total of 116 games with just four games that were added in 2020.

xCloud tossed into the Xbox Games Pass Ultimate subscription for free. These benefits were rolled out on Tuesday, September 15 with an update to the Game Pass app for the Android devices. Well, Microsoft is trying to bring this for the iOS users too. However, Apple is trying to make things difficult for streaming platforms to enter the App Store.

Microsoft also said that they have more than 150 games in the inventory of xCloud. But, the real count has revealed 172 titles. Well, more EA Play games will be added into the Game Pass Ultimate during the holiday season. Therefore, Microsoft will be storing about double the titles than Google Stadia by the end of the year.

Well, controlling games might be easier with controllers. However, Xbox posted a video which indicated that the xCloud games will work with touch also. The first title is going to be Minecraft Dungeons. The players will also be allowed to change the size of the screen of the controller GUI. Other games that might get the touch support are Gears 5 and Senua’s Sacrifice since their beta versions already support it. Many other games are being worked on getting the touch support.
