Overwatch free PC giveaway ends early

If you have waited long enough to get your hands on Overwatch. Here is the reward for your patience. Blizzard is giving way Overwatch for free on PC. All, thanks to the OverwatchLeague.


The free copy is specifically different from the past free weekends of Overwatch. You will get to keep it forever.


It is a team-based multiplayer first-person shooter game. It was developed by Blizzard Entertainment. The game was released back on 27 October 2015. The game will distribute the players into two teams of six players in each. Each player is allowed to select their characters among 30. These characters are known as heroes. The players of a team will have to secure and defend their team by securing points.

The game was launched for PS4, Xbox One and PC on May 2016. However, it came to Nintendo Switch in October 2019.

All that you’ll have to do is fill up a form at the Boston Uprising’s Overwatch League website. And then wait for a redemption code which will be sent to your inbox. It might take up to 72 hours to get the redemption form. After receiving the code you can redeem to on You will receive 200 Overwatch League tokens for signing up.  Using these tokens you can spend them on cosmetics and new skins for Reinhardt and D.Va.

According to the official rules, the free download of Overwatch will end on January 15, 2021. However, it is better if you grab it as soon as possible.
