With the recent news on the next-gen consoles, it drew all the attention. Well, due to this Pokemon Sword and Shield has been forgotten. The game is receiving the second big chunk of expansion DLC. However, we didn’t get to hear much about The Crown Tundra since the first half of the DLC season pass, the Isle of Armor of the Pokémon Company. A special live stream was held which outlined the release details and further details.
Pokemon Sword and Shield- The Crown Tundra Release date:
The Crown Tundra will arrive on October 22. It is the second part of the expansion pass. On November 6, Nintendo will be releasing the retail copies of Sword and Shield which will be coming in a bundle with all the DLCs. The announcement did not reveal the exact details of the DLC content which will be available on the Switch cart or whether they will simply consist of download codes.
Pokemon Sword and Shield- The Crown Tundra Raids and New Tournament
The DLC is set in a snowy landscape. The story will be revolving around Peony, who is the explorer. He has made you the in-charge as his expedition chief. The expeditions will be taking you to the Pokémon dens. Here, you will be able to team up for the Dynamax Adventures along with three other players. The announcement promised that all the Legendary Pokémon from the past games will be coming back for The Crown Tundra.
