Rockstar wiped the accounts of GTA online players completely who exploited a glitch in the game!

GTA online

Rockstar: GTA Online is an online multiplayer action-adventure game. The game was developed by Rockstar North. GTA Online was released back on 1 October 2013.

GTA Online comes for free along with the purchase of GTA V. Therefore, it is as well as not free. However, the players on Xbox and PS4 will require a paid membership to access GTA Online on their console.

Recently, Rockstar dropped a heavy hammer on the players of GTA Online who took advantage of an exploit. This exploit allowed them to become rick really quickly. The apartment garage glitch allowed the players to purchase properties and then through a trick which was quite a simple turn the in-game dollars into millions.

However, there was completely against the rules of the game. Therefore, Rockstar took a step against them by shutting down their accounts. Instead of taking back the dollars that were gained through trickery, Rockstar ended up resetting the accounts of the gamers completely.

Well, the community doesn’t seem to be surprised with Rockstar taking such a huge step. This has raised a lot of regret among the gamers as such a step was not taken before in the past.

However, Rockstar hasn’t spoken anything about resetting the accounts of the players entirely. Several games are facing the problems against the cheaters. The giveaway of GTA 5 on the Epic Games Store in May increased the usage of the Mods in the game a lot.

Also, Rockstar reported that the glitch has been fixed now, and therefore, the players can no more exploit it.

GTA Online is playable on the PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. The game will also arrive for the next-gen consoles i.e., PS5 and Xbox Series X.
