Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan put forward the matter of Kashmir during the twitter hours in UNGA. In the response India’s permanent representative to united nations TS Tirumurti said that turkey should be indulged its own politics and respect eh sovereignty of other nations.
Turkey is framing herself as Pakistan’s ally
On Tuesday India criticized turkey’s president recap Tayyip Erdogan for his remarks on Kashmir during his pre-recorded speech at United Nations General Assembly, calling out the president for his unacceptable remarks on India’s internal affairs and alleged Turkey for interference in other nations politics.
Tirumurti tweeted ,”We have seen remarks by President of Turkey on Indian UT of Jammu and Kashmir. They constitute gross interference in India’s internal affairs and are completely unacceptable. Turkey should learn to respect the sovereignty of other nations and reflect on its policies more deeply.”
India has criticized Turkey for interfere in other country’s internal affairs
Turkey’s president said in his pre-recorded statement said that the issue of Kashmir is still unsolved and is the matter of peace in south Asia. He added that it’s important to solve the Kashmir issue through dialogue between the countries. During the last one year Turkey has acted as ally of Pakistan and has raised the matter of Kashmir on various platforms. However India has always reminded Turkey to try to not interfere in India’s internal affairs and worsen the ties between the two countries. Its unacceptable on the side of India that Turkey interfere and raise the matter of India’s Union Territory Jammu and Kashmir and help Pakistan to complete their agenda of acquiring Kashmir and making it it’s own territory.
On responding to the remarks of Turkey on Kashmir India added that the country should refrain on making comments on the matter of other countries and try to develop better understanding among the countries.
