Delhi: murder over loud music, another accused arrested. In the murder case over loud music, a 29-year-old man was stabbed to death and his two brothers were severely injured. Three days after this incident, police arrested the fifth suspect in the case. The accused has been identified as Chand. According to officials, Chand surrendered in a court and was then taken to custody thereafter.

Earlier Abdul Sattar , his wife and two sons were arrested by the police:

The deceased was a resident of Pills Thala Area near Adarsh Nagar. Earlier, Police arrested Abdul Sattar, Shahjahan, Afaque and Shehnawaj. Afaque and Shehnawaj are the two sons of Abdul while Shahjahan is his wife. And Chand is the couple’s third son. And now he is also being arrested by the police.

Abdul and Shahjahan’s other son Chand  is also held:

As police told the brawl was over playing loud music. Police said that they received the call at 3:15 pm on Tuesday. The police got information that two groups were being involved in a violent scuffle in cluster settlement in Sarai Pipal Thala area near Adarsh Nagar. 

Three brothers were severely injured. One of them succumbed to injuries while the other two are undergoing their treatment in the hospital. Both the families belong to different communities and hence adequate police deployment was ensured in the area. Anil is of the brothers whose statement was recorded by the police. The officer said, 

 “A case of murder and attempt to murder was registered at the Adarsh Nagar police station based on his statement and five accused who were identified by Anil and other witnesses have been arrested.”
