A break was put on the happiness of people living near the Raxaul border as they heard that the Nepal government has decided not to open the border.  To stop people from crossing the border, the Nepal government badly deployed paramilitary personnel at the border. The birder will remain close till November 15 midnight as told by the senior Nepalese security official.

It seems that the Nepal government is not allowing anyone to enter Nepal from the Indian side. No doubt the proximity between Nepal and China has increased with time and it might be possible that Nepal PM is waiting for China’s permission.
